Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customers receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Delivery Issues & Address Details

If an order is delayed or appears lost, customers should contact SoJew & Co. so we can assist with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel needs to be resent, additional shipping costs may apply.
