How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sojew@sojewco.au with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
